Fan Foolad Saabine Steel Company was established in 2019 by two faculty members of Razi University with the aim of providing technical inspection services based on Fitness for Service (FFS) assessment in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. The company has always endeavored to expand this process at the national level in related industries by accelerating the FFS process through the development of practical software. Establishing the company’s office in the Razi University’s Technology Park not only allows for the use of specialized persons but also provides a suitable platform for the scientific development of students in this practical field. Presently, the company is recognized as one of the few companies in the country involved in the development of inspection software based on FFS.
